Hello! Welcome to the Carnaby Blog! Friday’s seem to come around so quickly! As you know already, I love Fridays, everything about them… The fact the weekend is looming, the fact it’s blog day, the fact I have time to overlook the website… EVERYTHING!
So… before I get too excited that it’s Friday, I feel it would be best if I got to the point and actually focused on today’s subject. By now, I’m sure you’re beginning to wonder what that is so I promise I’ll get started.
As many of you will already know, the summer season is one of the busiest times of the year within the Caravan industry. Known and referred to more commonly as ‘Peak Season’, it brings a high level of business to Caravan Manufactures and of course to the many Holiday parks spread across the UK. Why am I telling you this? Simply because the most important people during this busy people are you guys! THE CUSTOMERS!
I’m sure many of you have had bad experiences before with poor customer service, or when you feel people aren’t listening to you. From personal experience I know exactly how frustrating it can be. Luckily for all of you, at Carnaby we understand that you will have questions and you expect honest and helpful answers. So the main message I want to give you today is that no matter how small the question, or even if you just want a non-formal and general conversation regarding our products, please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
